The purpose of these ESI Principles is to promote reasonable electronic discovery, for the cases, where it is appropriate to conduct such discovery, intending to reduce cost, burden, and delay, however, the purpose remains to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action and proceeding.
